All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE $25 deposit that goes towards treatment.

Reschedule appointment must be notified 48 hours prior to your initial appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Only two times reschedule is allowed.

If you are 15-20 minutes late to the appointment your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be canceled. If you wish to reschedule, another deposit will be required.

If you are a no-show without giving any notice, you will be charged 50% of the value of your appointment.

Pre and post-care instructions are sent to every client. Please read carefully and follow all instructions.

Be advised that the treatment cannot be completed if taking antibiotics or blood-thinner.

It is the client's responsibility to let the artist know of any medical condition/medications prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and cancelation of your appointment.

No kids or pets are allowed at the studio, to prevent cross-contamination.
